Nothing places was a nightmare from the start. Place is basically a construction site, it was a maintenance man in my room ten minutes after I had complained. Very misleading advertising photos. They will scam you! NO REFUNDS given for wrong rooms!!!!!!!!

Newly renovated Jr. Apartment was exceptionally clean. We've been coming here for years for the apartments with direct view of ocean. It was refreshing to see that the apartment was renovated. We used the grill which was brand new. The property is quiet and we've never had an issue with crime while staying here.

The best location, very clean and nice rooms, comfortable bed and pillows..any noise , I was worried about the bad reviews in the booking website. The front desk supervisor supper nice and busy all the time, but always with the priority for the guests, I can complain about the Neptune hotel...I was there in the pass..

The breakfast was the cheapest breakfast I have ever seen only options were toast and bagels and bananas. Nothing else! Had to walk a block and a half from the hotel to the location where the breakfast was served
